ARTE France and Pariscience renew their call for Éclair de Série projects

For its 22nd edition in 2026, the Pariscience festival, in partnership with ARTE France, is renewing its call for Éclair de série projects, aimed at supporting the emergence of new talent in documentary filmmaking.

This call for projects is back to support an emerging director in the development of a documentary series devoted to science and the environment, designed for digital distribution (notably on arte.tv and YouTube).

The winning project will be announced on Monday, October 26, 2026, during the closing night of the Pariscience festival and will benefit from:

• ARTE France’s participation in the development of the project, including the writing and production of a pilot episode, for a maximum amount of €25,000, subject to the conclusion of a development agreement;
• the broadcast of the pilot during the 23rd edition of the Pariscience festival, subject to the completion of the pilot and the signing of the agreement.
